This is an event for full-swap couples and selected singles above 25 years of age.

We reserve the right to curate the participants.


The event is limited to just 50 people. We therefore recommend booking your place as soon as possible.


Booking is valid upon receipt of a confirmation sent by e-mail.


We offer to arrange a zoom meeting before confirmation to make sure this is the right and valuable event for you.

We are notifying you that the event program may change up until implementation and that activities may be substituted, based on our discretion without advanced notice. We will do our best to deliver a spectacular experience.


Please note unforeseeable obstacles created by Covid-19 are beyond our control.


We highly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance to cover potential Trip Cancellation or Medical Expenses. Please note that the payments are non-refundable also in case of cancellation.

We recommend Travel Insured: Worldwide trip protector plus travel insurance with a cancel for any reason waiver. This should be purchased at time of paying your deposit and is only available within 21 days of your deposit. We are recommending this plan because it can include a ‘cancel for any reason waiver’ that allows a 75% reimbursement if you cancel for ANY reason at all.

Rates:

Prices show are for the week-end package. Rates are charged in EURO.

Prices show are based upon payment by bank wire. If payment is done by credit card there will be a 5% credit card fee.


Room rates are expressed per person either based upon double or single occupancy:


Included in the price:

  • 2 nights at Hotel REC including breakfast and free wifi
  • 1 bottle of Cava at the room
  • 1 drink at the Meet & Greet
  • Dinner Friday and Saturday evening (excluding drinks)
  • Transportation to and from the club
  • Entrance to Training Pedralbes Lifestyle Club (afternoon)
  • The Passion Club Party including 2 glas of Cava and snack
  • Sight-seen tour in Barcelona: Hop-on-hop-off bus (Sunday)


Not included:

  • Flight to / from Barcelona
  • Transportation from / to the airport
  • Additional nights stay at Hotel REC


Payment Policy:

A deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation of a room.

You can choose to make a full payment at time of booking or pay a deposit and the rest according to the payment scheme.

Failure to make payments or make final payment on the due date may subject your reservation to cancellation.

After booking you will receive an invoice with information about payment by bank wire. If you prefer to pay by Credit Card there will be a 5% Credit Card Fee.


Payment Plan:

There is a 25% non-refundable instalment payable at time of reservation.

There is a 25% non-refundable instalment 5 month prior to the event.

There is a 50% non-refundable instalment 3 month prior to the event.


Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations may be made at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be made in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation Fee is 25% of price when cancelled more than 6 month before the event.

Cancellation Fee is 50% of price when cancelled more than 3 month before the event.

Cancellation Fee is 100% of price when cancelled less than 3 month before the event.
